With over 20 years’ experience across A&R, vinyl production and physical release strategy, we specialise in bespoke, high-quality limited editions and artist-led physical releases.

We oversee the entire process - from financial investment, audio preparation and mastering through to manufacturing, artwork coordination, promotion & marketing, global distribution and D2C fulfilment - ensuring every release runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

Our role is deliberately flexible. We can support projects quietly behind the scenes and work alongside existing teams to strengthen the physical side of a release.

Floor 44 is operated independently alongside Headcount Records. While Headcount focuses on curated artist releases, Floor 44 exists purely as a neutral production partner supporting physical projects for artists, management teams and labels.

Over the past two decades our work has spanned projects involving artists and organisations such as Kadhja Bonet, Eyedress, Steve Jansen, Bandcamp, The Vinyl Factory, Mr Bongo, Spotify, Cargo Distribution, BBC Radio and State51.
